Since 1981, we have raised native chick and proliferated chicks by
traditional hatchery facilities. However, due to many setbacks of
traditional incubative equipment, in 1996 we brought in modern pad-cooled
tunnel-ventilated poultry houses, Belgian incubative equipment and
Netherlands cage equipment. Besides, the strict quality control and
change of old machinery largely boosted quality and capacity that
not only meets the needs in domestic market, but also sharpens our
competitiveness against the trial and impact after accession to the
WTO.
 To
make corporate structure complete while the expansion, we integrate
the working processes vertically. Therefore, animal medicine department,
breeder department, broiler department and automatic hatchery center
were set up to carry out the integration. In 2002, we were honorably
awarded Shen-Nong Prize by the government for the dedication to the
reform and development of country agriculture. Definitely, the prize
is the profound affirmation about our agricultural performance.
